These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Free Website Redesign Challenge (“Challenge”) hosted by HustleLabs LLC. By joining the Challenge at https://www.gtmdesign.club/revgenius-gdc, you agree to these Terms.

1. Supplier Information

The Challenge is organized by HustleLabs LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming with its registered office at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Supplier”).

2. Participation and Eligibility

• Participation in the Challenge is free of charge, and no payment is required at any stage.
• Submission of the required form through the designated link is necessary to participate.
• Supplier reserves the right to accept or reject any submission at its sole discretion.

3. Ownership of Redesign Work

• If your submission is accepted and the website redesign is delivered, you (“Client”) will own all rights to the redesign, including the right to use, reuse, redistribute, modify, and publish the redesign as desired.

4. Publicity

• By participating, you agree that if the redesign is delivered, it may be shared publicly as part of the campaign results on social media platforms and within the RevGenius community.
• HustleLabs LLC and RevGenius are authorized to use the redesign and related results for promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.

5. No Fees or Obligations

• Participation in the Challenge is completely free, and you are not required to pay for the redesign services provided.

6. Supplier Discretion and Timeline

• HustleLabs LLC retains sole discretion over which submissions to accept for the Challenge.
